Livingston County Sheriff Activity

The following persons were arrested as a result of investigation by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office:


Eric J. Martin, 42, Caledonia, NY, was charged October 3, with Making A Punishable False Statement.  Martin will appear in Caledonia Village Court to answer charges on a later date.

Jason A. Ruffell, 36, Piffard, NY, was arrested October 4, charged with Grand Larceny 4th Degree and Welfare Fraud 4th Degree.  Ruffell will address charges in Mt. Morris Town Court on a later date.

Lois L. Mark, 50, Dansville, NY, was arrested and charged with Aggravated Harassment 2nd Degree on October 5.  Mark will respond to charges in Ossian Town Court on a later date.

Patrick L. Kelley, 50, Mt. Morris, NY, was charged with Grand Larceny 4th Degree, Welfare Fraud 4th Degree and Misuse of Food Stamps on October 3.  Kelley will answer charges in Mt. Morris Town Court on a later date.

Michael J, Panipinto, 41, Springwater, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated as a Felony, Refusal To Submit to a Breathalyzer Test, Moving From Lane Unsafely, Failure To Use Designated Lane and Uninspected Motor Vehicle.  Panipinto will appear in Livonia Town Court to answer charges on a later date.

Ryan C. Dodge, 30, Perry, NY, was cited for Trespass on October 8, and was released on an appearance ticket to respond to charges in York Town Court on a later date.

Crystal N. Beasley, 35, Strykersville, NY, was arrested October 9, charged with Assault 1st Degree. Following arraignment, Beasley was committed to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail/$200,000 property bond.  Beasley will answer charges in Livingston County Court on a later date.

Heather L. Phillips, 21, Livonia, NY, was cited for Issuing A Bad Check on October 8, and was released on an appearance ticket to respond to charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.
