St. James Hospital announces new Chief Nursing Officer

St. James Mercy Hospital (SJMH) is pleased to announce that Neva Bossard, RN, MSN, has been named Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) after serving as interim clinical director for more than seven months. Ms. Bossard joined SJMH as a staff nurse and has served in various nursing leadership roles since joining the hospital in 2002.
"Neva possesses impressive leadership skills," said Jennifer Sullivan, president and CEO. "She demonstrates a willingness to go the extra mile on behalf of the organization and the patients we serve." Ms. Bossard’s history of increased productivity and project management has resulted in improved clinical outcomes and patient care experiences. With her guidance, St. James Mercy will continue to remain focused on enhancing the healthcare services in Hornell and the surrounding communities.
