Wellsville Police Blotter

Date: Friday January 29, 2016

Wellsville Police, acting on a bench warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Lindsey L. Clarkson, age 32 of Jasper, charging her with failure to appear in court on a previous aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd charge.  Clarkson was processed and arraigned before acting Wellsville Village Judge Ames.  Clarkson was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $500 cash bail.  Clarkson is due back in Wellsville Village Court on February 16th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Travis L. Gill, age 27 of Wellsville, charging him with endangering the welfare of a child.  The charges stems from an incident that took place on Bolivar Road in the village of Wellsville.  Gill was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released.  Gill is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on February 23rd at 4:30 p.m.

Date: Thursday January 28, 2016

Wellsville Police arrested Allan R. Irwin, age 22 of Genesee, PA, charging him with a violation of probation. Irwin was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Judge O’Connor.  Irwin was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $5,000 cash bail.  Irwin is due back in Wellsville Village Court on February 16, 2016 at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Michael J. Wood, age 41 of Wellsville, charging him with criminal mischief 4th.  The charge stems from an incident that took place on East Dyke Street in the village.  Wood was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released.  Wood is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on February 9th at 4:30 p.m.
