Angelica: Man gets prison time in heroin case

In Allegany County court Friday morning (2/19/16), Billy M. Coleman, 34, of Johnson City was sentenced to three years in state prison and two years post release supervision. Coleman must also cough up $2,281 in restitution. Assistant District Attorney Amanda Finn said Coleman pleaded guilty Friday to a single felony count of criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class "B" felony. Coleman was driving a rental car loaded with drugs. Additional charges were dismissed in the deal.
