The sixth annual Wineglass Half Marathon presented by Dresser-Rand, A Siemens Business, starts at 7:45 a.m. on Sunday, October 2, 2016. Runners will take to the roads on this point-to-point course from Campbell, New York to the finish line on historic Market Street in Corning. The picturesque course is fast and flat with an overall net elevation drop of 40 feet winding along scenic country roads. Signups for the Half Marathon have exceeded 2,100 runners since registration opened up on December 1, 2015.

2016 marks the 35th anniversary of the Wineglass Marathon presented by Arnot Health. Named a “top destination” and “must do marathon” the Wineglass Marathon will start at 8:15 am on Sunday, October 2, 2016. Organizers expect a record field of close to 6,000 runners for both events. “There is so much energy and excitement Wineglass weekend” says, Sheila Sutton, Race Director. “It is a great weekend for runners and fans alike thanks to our community partners.” Both the Wineglass Full and Half Marathon finish on historic Market Street in Corning amidst an incredible display of community spirit and support.”
