Steuben County men face drug charges

On February 12, 2016 state police arrested Matthew R. McNeill, 30, and Ryan M. Mulhollen, 21, both of Lindley, New York for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (with intent to sell.)  McNeill was also charged with Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine in the Third Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth degree.
The arrests stem from a traffic stop in the Town of Woodhull. McNeill and Mulhollen were arraigned and remanded to the Steuben County Jail in lieu of $40,000cash /$80,000 bond and $25,000 cash /$50,000 bond respectively.  Both are scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Woodhull Court on Monday, February 22, 2016 at 7:00 PM.
State police were assisted by the Canisteo Police Department, the New York State Police Contaminated Crime Scene Emergency Response Team (CCSERT) and the Steuben County District Attorney’s Office.
