Allegany County: Grand Jury indicts Whitesville man - drugs, stolen property

An Allegany County Grand Jury Wednesday morning handed up indictments against a Whitesville man. Kevin P. Pastore, 21, of state route 248A was charged with felony criminal possession of stolen property and lesser counts of possessing a controlled substance and marijuana. The charges stem from an incident nearly two years ago in the town of Independence. Prosecutors said Pastore possessed stolen property valued at more than $1,000 as well as drugs and pot.
