Bolivar man faces felony charge in NY after being picked up in Tennessee

On January 14th, state police were called to the Town of Wirt to investigate a burglary complaint. Easter morning, troopers said they arrested Thomas E. Horning, 37, of Bolivar. He was delivered to New York by the Prisoner Transport Service after he was arrested in Bradley County, TN. He was charged with felony criminal possession of stolen property valued at about $9,000. Troopers said he was arraigned and sent to the Allegany County Jail on $5,000 bail. The original burglary occurred in January at  a camp on Richburg Hill Road in the Town of Wirt.
