Court hearing set in Coudersport heroin case

A preliminary hearing is scheduled Monday morning (3/21/16) for the Coudersport man accused of having 28 bags on heroin in his car while a one year old child was also inside. Proceedings against 23-year old Daniel Moore are scheduled for 11:30 a.m. He faces felony and misdemeanor drug crimes as well as child endangerment. The charges date back to February 20th when he was stopped on North Main Street by Coudersport Borough police. He was arraigned March 14 before District Judge Annette Easton and sent to the Potter County Jail when he could posted $15,000 bail.
