Cuba police charge man with multiple felonies

Cuba police Tuesday night arrested Jeremy Ostrander, 28, and was charged with felony assault 2nd, felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 1st, unlawfully fleeing a police officer, resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration 2nd, and several traffic violations. These charges stem from two incidents that occurred in the Village of Cuba in 2012. Ostrander allegedly fled to another state and was picked up on a warrant issued from the Cuba Town Court bytThe Salamanca police department after he returned to New York State. Ostrander was sent to the Cattaraugus County Jail to answer for additional charges in Cattaraugus County.
