Cuba police:Man charged with meth lab operation, sent to jail

Following a several month investigation by the Cuba Police Department into alleged illegal narcotic manufacturing in the village and town of Cuba, police have made an arrest.  Ray "BUG" Adams, 55, of Belfast was arrested and charged with three felony counts to include unlawfully manufacturing of methamphetamine 3rd, conspiracy 3rd, and criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd. Adams was processed, arraigned in court and sent to the Allegany County Jail on $25,000 bail.
