Livingston County: Drug Task Force Search Warrant Yields Felony Bust

GENESEO: The Livingston County Drug Task Force reports the arrest of three men following an investigation into illegal drugs in the Village of Geneseo.  On March 28th a Search Warrant was executed at 3 Center Street Apt 201 in Geneseo by members of the Livingston County Drug Task Force.  The search warrant was based on an investigation into narcotics trafficking at the location. During the search warrant narcotics, drug paraphernalia, and money (over $2,800 cash) were allegedly found and seized by police.  The drugs seized were adderall, xanax, THC capsules, hash, marijuana and numerous THC food items (candy, gummies etc).

Thomas H. Troge, age 21 of Oyster Bay, New York (pictured), was arrested by the Geneseo Police Department for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree (B Felony).  Troge was arraigned and remanded to the Livingston County Jail on $25,000 cash/ $50,000 bond.  Also arrested by the Geneseo Police Department was Jeremy J. Lazatin, age 20 of Grand Island, NY, for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Ian E. Stewart, age 19 of Rensselar, NY, for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Both Lazatin and Stewart were issued appearance tickets and will appear in court at a later date.The Livingston County Drug Task Force is comprised of the Livingston County Sheriff's Office, Avon Police, Caledonia Police, Mt Morris Police, Nunda Police, Geneseo Police, DEA, NYS Park Police, ICE, and the Livingston County District Attorney's Office.
