New, deadlier heroin in McKean County

From the Bradford Police Department:
PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUCEMENT! Share this everywhere you can!
McKean County District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer and City of Bradford Police Chief Chris Lucco would like to inform the public of an immediate health hazard.
In the past 24 hours, Bradford City Police have investigated one suspected heroin overdose where the individual was revived with Narcan and another suspected heroin over
dose where the individual was found dead on arrival.
The same packaging materials were found at both scenes. The heroin that was at these two recent scenes was the same baggies.
They were a white baggie that contains a picture of a vicious dog baring its teeth wearing a spiked collar.
We stress that this particular baggie is only one type of packaging material that we believe contains fatal heroin.
Local Law enforcement has investigated other suspected heroin overdoses in recent months and the bags were different.
Our community is losing our young people to this current heroin epidemic.
The heroin in McKean County is deadly. It will not produce a better high but will likely result in death.
