Police still investigating vehicle-pedestrian crash in Andover

The State Police blotter indicates that troopers are still investigating a vehicle-pedestrian crash in Andover. The incident was reported just before 1 a.m. Easter Sunday. State police, Andover police, Andover and Wellsville EMS and Medic 700 were sent to a trailer on County Road 22 for a 35-year old man who said he was struck by a vehicle. Initial radio reports indicated that the man sustained fractures and a head injury. A police report indicated the victim said he was walking home when he was struck by a car and the vehicle did not stop. No arrests have been made yet.
