Two men face felony counts in Warsaw theft case

Wyoming County deputies arrested two men following a theft incident in Warsaw. Deputies said Christopher King, 24 and Brandon McCoy, 24, both of Curfu, were arrested after a shoplifting complaint at Warsaw Walmart. Both men were charged with Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree and Conspiracy in the Fifth Degree after they allegedly stole over $1,000 of merchandise and drove away. Both men were committed to the Wyoming County Jail on $5,000 bail and are due back in court on April 19, 2016. Deputy Schildwaster of the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office assisted with the investigation.
