Voters reject $15.6 million project at Genesee Valley school

By a narrow margin, voters Tuesday rejected a $15.6 million capital project at Genesee Valley school. 200 people voted no while only 168 supported the plan. School officials had said the project would not have raised local taxes. The Board of Education meets this afternoon at 5:30 p.m. to accept the vote results and to address other matters.
