Wellsville Police Blotter

Wellsville Police, acting on two bench warrants issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Logan T. Ost, age 25 of Wellsville, for failure to appear in Court.  Ost was transported from the Steuben County jail to Wellsville, processed and arraigned before acting Wellsville Village Judge Ames.  Ost was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $500 bail. Ost is due back in Wellsville Village Court on March 15th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Reginald M. Waldon Jr, age 42 of Wellsville, charging him with DWI (Class E Felony), AUO 1st (Class E Felony), operating a motor vehicle without an interlock device,refusal to submit to a breath test, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and petit larceny.  The charges stem from a traffic stop on the Bolivar Road in the Village of Wellsville.  Waldon was processed and arraigned before acting Wellsville Village Judge Ames.  Waldon was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $5,000 cash bail.  Waldon is due back in Wellsville Village Court on March 1st at 4:30 p.m.
