Whitesville man faces 19 charges after police chase

Pennsylvania State Police have filed 19 charges against a Whitesville man after they say he led troopers on a chase through Genesee Township early Saturday. Police said Wyatt D. Foth, age 19 was charged with felony criminal mischief, felony fleeing police and misdemeanor reckless endangerment. Foth also faces 16 summary offenses to include reckless driving, driving above the speed limit by 37 mph and careless driving. Troopers said the chase end Foth's vehicle slammed into a utility police and he left the scene on foot. Arraigned in District Court Monday night, Foth was sent to the Potter County Jail when he couldn't post bail. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for April 4th.
