Allegany County Grand Jury hands up 3 count indictment against Elmira woman

An Allegany County Grand Jury has handed up a three count indictment against an Elmira woman. Toni D. Yannarilli, 44, of Spaulding Street was indicted Wednesday on charges of felony criminal possession of a controlled substance 2nd and misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and criminal possession of a weapon. The charges stem from a traffic stop for speeding on I-86 in Angelica last August. At the time, state police said they found more than seven ounces of cocaine, Oxycodone pills and a stun gun.
