BATH – Libraries in Seneca and Allegany counties have signed on for the Steuben County Office for the Aging’s video conference, "The Diagnosis of Dementia and Clinical Care," slated for 5:30-7 p.m. Tuesday (April 12). Dr. Thomas Caprio, of the University of Rochester, will present the conference at the Wayland Free Library,101 West Naples St., with live video feed supplied through the Southern Tier Library System to the following locations:
