Cuba police charge Olean woman in theft case

Following a 2 week investigation by the Cuba police Department, Tabitha L. Johns, 24,  of Olean was arrested and charged with Felony Burglary 3rd, Felony Grand Larceny 3rd, and Felony Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 3rd. These charges stem from Johns allegedly entering the home of a Cuba resident and stealing several pieces of heirloom jewelry valued at $12,000.00. Johns was arraigned and sent to the Allegany County Jail on $20,000 bail.
