A late night vehicle stop Saturday in the Town of Prattsburgh by State Police resulted in the seizure of quantities of cocaine and money, as well as the arrest of three subjects. State Police Senior Investigator Curt Easton said that while uniform troopers were on patrol they stopped a vehicle on county road 74 after observing multiple Vehicle & Traffic Law violations. Inv. Eaton said “a quantity of cocaine was discovered in the vehicle, as well as over $2,300.00 in cash.” The following occupants (shown in photo L-R) were each charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 5th degree – a class “D” felony:

--Dustin J. Andrews; age 23; #7718 St. Rt. #53, Prattsburgh, N.Y.
--Matthew P. Thompson; age 24; #7236 Spaulding Drive, Bath, N.Y.
They were arraigned before Town of Pulteney Justice Mary Hope Benedict and remanded to the Steuben C. Jail in lieu of $10,000.00 cash bail/$20,000.00 property bond. All are scheduled to reappear in Court on 4/9/16 at 9:00 a.m.
