Pennsylvania State Police Wednesday arrested a Wellsboro man accusing him of running down a 12-year old girl and fleeing the scene. Troopers today charged Devon Greeley, 24, of Wellsboro with homicide by vehicle. Troopers said just after 7 p.m. Tuesday, on state route 287 in Morris Township (Tioga County), Greeley struck 12-year old Sophia Campbell as she was riding her bike. Campbell was fatally injured. Arraigned at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Greeley was sent to the Tioga County Jail on $650,000 cash bail. He is due back in court April 26.
