4. Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, the Board of Education of the Wellsville Central School District approves the Odyssey of the Mind Tournament Trip to Binghamton, NY which took place on April 1-2, 2016.
5. Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, the Board of Education of the Wellsville Central School District approves the National Maker Faire trip to Washington, D.C. on June 18 & 19, 2016.
Personnel Consent Agenda Items

6. Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, the Board of Education of the Wellsville Central School District adopts the following Personnel Consent Agenda Items.
a) That the Board of Education of the Wellsville Central School District
authorizes and directs the President of the Board of Education to execute the Amendment to Superintendent’s Employment Agreement on behalf of the District.
b) That the Board of Education of the Wellsville Central School District approves the following:
• “that Joan Bundy be approved as a certified long-term substitute teacher effective approximately May 26, 2016.”
c) That the Board of Education of the Wellsville Central School District approves the following:
• “that Mark Owen be conditionally approved as a non-certified substitute teacher.”
• “that Rachel Hausladen be conditionally approved as a non-certified substitute teacher.”
• “that RaChelle Glauser be conditionally approved as a non-certified substitute teacher.”
d) That the Board of Education of the Wellsville Central School District approves the following:
• “that the resignation for the purpose of retirement for Head Food Service Helper, Bonnie Neal, be accepted effective 06/30/16.”
e) That the Board of Education of the Wellsville Central School District approves the following:
• “that Sieglinde Feenaughty, who has successfully completed her probationary period, be appointed to the permanent position of part-time Cleaner effective 04/21/16.”
• “that Lisa Sexton, who has successfully completed her probationary period, be appointed to the permanent position of part-time Confidential Secretary (District Office) effective 04/26/16.”

7. Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, the Board of Education of the Wellsville Central School District adopts the following Financial Consent Agenda Items.
a) That the Board of Education of the Wellsville Central School District accepts the following reports:

b) That the Board of Education of the Wellsville Central School District approves the attached request for transfer of funds.
Other Business
8. Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, the Board of Education of the Wellsville Central School District approves the minutes from the Regular meeting held on March 7, 2016.
9. Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, the Board of Education of the Wellsville Central School District have no objections to the recommendations of the CSE/CPSE and approves the authorization of funds to implement the Special Education programs and services consistent with such recommendations.
10. Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, the Board of Education of the Wellsville Central School District approves the use of a building request by Rachel Phillips (STEPS Dance Studio). The event scheduled is for a Dance Recital and an admission fee will be charged which requires BOE approval.
11. Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, the Board of Education of the Wellsville Central School District adopts the Budget for the 2016-2017 school year at an amount of $28,574,185.
