Bath man faces multiple felonies after I-390 stop

A Bath man is facing multiple felony charges after he was arrested Tuesday during a traffic stop on I-390. Livingston County deputies said they charged 43-year old Wesley Nelson with felony driving while impaired by drugs, felony criminal possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor aggravated unlicensed operation. Deputies said Nelson was also in possession of 12 bags of crack cocaine. The arrest was part of “Operation Safe Interstate.”
