Bolivar man slightly injured in McKean County crash

Pennsylvania State Police say a Bolivar man sustained a "suspected minor injury" in a one vehicle crash this morning. Troopers said the incident occurred at 8:16 a.m. on route 446 in Eldred Township. Police said Randall J. Spagg, 52, of Bolivar was driving northbound when he apparently fell asleep, lost control and struck a sign and guide rail. Priority Care treated Spagg at the scene. He was issued a traffic ticket.
