Livingston County Drug Task Force arrests four

The Livingston County Drug Task Force reports the arrests of three Mount Morris residents for allegedly selling narcotics. On April 29, 2016 the Mount Morris Police Department arrested the following individuals on Superior Court Arrest Warrants:

Anthony C. Velazquez, age 28 of Mount Morris, was arrested for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree.   He is accused of selling crack cocaine.   Velazquez was arraigned in Livingston County Superior Court and remanded to the custody of the Sheriff.   He is being held in the Livingston County Jail on $10,000 cash bail.  

Kimberly J. Hart, age 45 of Mount Morris, was arrested for two counts of Criminal Sale of Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree.   She is accused of selling crack cocaine and heroin.  Hart was arraigned in Livingston County Superior Court and remanded to the custody of the Sheriff.  She is being held at the Livingston County Jail on $5,000 cash bail.

Luis E. Chapman, age 26 of Mount Morris, was arrested for two counts of Criminal Sale of Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree.   He is accused of selling crack cocaine.  Chapman was arraigned in Livingston County Superior Court and remanded to the custody of the Sheriff.  He is being held at the Livingston County Jail on $50,000.

The Livingston County Drug Task Force reports the arrest of a Geneseo resident for selling narcotics.  On May 2, 2016 the Geneseo Police Department arrested the following individual on a Superior Court Arrest Warrant:
Melchizedeck P. Rogers, age 25 of Geneseo, was arrested for one count of Criminal Sale of Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree and one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree. He is accused of selling crack cocaine.  Melchizedeck was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff and is currently held at the Livingston County Jail on $10,000 cash bail.  
All arrests were investigated by members of the Livingston County Drug Task Force which is comprised of the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office, Avon Police, Caledonia Police, DEA, Geneseo Police, Mount Morris Police, Park Police, Nunda Police, ICE and the Livingston County District Attorney’s Office. 
All arrests were separate investigations and arrests.
