Kyle Lee Roberts, 13, of Mt. Jewett, PA, died unexpectedly Saturday, May 28, 2016 in Sheffield, PA.
Born on September 17, 2002, Kyle was the son of Joseph Robert Notoro and Tina Louise Roberts.
Kyle attended school in Kane, PA and most recently was finishing the seventh grade in Bradford, PA where he enjoyed the Votech school and computer science. He loved hunting, hiking, fishing, gardening, baking, and being the leader of the pack. He enjoyed all kinds of animals and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He was a member of the Mt. Jewett Assembly of God.
In addition to his parents, Kyle is survived by his maternal great-grandmother, Peg Wilbur of Warren, PA, maternal grandmother, Nancy Moore of Warren, PA, maternal step grandmother, Kimberly Hollingsworth of S. Valley, NY, 5 brothers – Ralph Notoro of Curtis, NE, Frank Notoro of Bellefonte, PA, Brandon Kightlinger and his fiancé, Alisa Conklin of Sheffield, PA, Kris Roberts of Albion, PA, and Quentin Notoro of Mt. Jewett, PA, one sister – Stephanie Kightlinger of Warren, PA, and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Kyle was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, James Roberts, Sr., maternal step-grandfather, Robert Moore, paternal grandfather, John A. Notoro, Sr. and paternal grandmother, Darlene Thomas Notoro.

13-year-old Kyle Roberts of Mount Jewett drowned Saturday afternoon while swimming in Tionesta Creek in Sheffield, Warren County, state police said.
Police said the boy, of Mount Jewett, was swimming with friends at about 4:45 p.m. in Tionesta Creek near the Tionesta boat launch, about 50 yards south of Bull Hill Bridge, when he drowned, police said.
The body was recovered by a fire department water rescue team. The boy was pronounced dead at the scene by the Warren County coroner.
