Rushford man faces 10 charges after traffic stop

State police warned motorists that they would being search for impaired drivers during this holiday period...and they were serious. A Rushford man faces ten charged after he was stopped by troopers on state route 243 in Caneadea at 11:56 p.m. Sunday, just minutes before Memorial Day. Police said they arrested Dustin W. Kish, 23, of Rushford. He was charged with:
  1. Driving while intoxicated
  2. Having a blood alcohol level above .08%
  3. Refusal to take a breath test
  4. No inspection
  5. No plate lamp
  6. Exhaust system violation
  7. Unsafe tires
  8. Improper use of restricted license
  9. Driving left of pavement markings
  10. Crossing road hazard markings
In lieu of an immediate court arraignment, troopers released Kish on tickets returnable in town of Caneadea court.
