The trial of 40-year old Paul Morrisroe of Marshburg was halted in McKean County court Wednesday after the judge said an impartial jury could not be empanelled. After 3 days, only 5 jurors were selected and the pool of potential jurors was nearly empty. The judge will decide in the near future whether to move the trial out of McKean County of call for an out of county jury to come to Smethport.
