Wyoming County Sheriff's Blotter

Olive Rowley, 70, of Warsaw was arrested and charged with Stalking in the Fourth Degree, a Class B Misdemeanor, following a harassment complaint in the Village of Silver Springs. Rowley is accused of driving by the home of two female victims for a period of several months, stopping and looking in the victim’s house windows, stopping and trying to initiate contact with the victims, and stopping and interviewing neighbors and residents near the victim’s house in an attempt to contact the victims. Deputies said this was allegedly done after Rowley was told several times to leave the victims alone. Rowley was arraigned in the Village of Warsaw and released on her own recognizance. She is due in Silver Springs Court on 05/16/2016. A stay away order of protection against Rowley was issued by Warsaw Court. 

Jimmy White Jr., 33, of Rochester, was arrested following a traffic stop on Cummings Ave in the Village of Silver Springs. White Jr. is accused of speeding 46 MPH in a 30 MPH speed zone. He is also accused of knowingly operating on a suspended driver’s license which was suspended 11 times with 10 court scoffs on 6 different dates. White was arraigned in the Village of Warsaw Court and committed to Wyoming County Jail on $300 cash bail. White is to appear  in Silver Springs Court on 06/06/2016.
