Allegany County: Search to resume Monday for missing man BREAKING UPDATE-FOUND!

UPDATE 9:48 A.M. Missing man has been found. Rescuer said "he is alert and talking." Later radio transmission said "he has no apparent injury." Allentown Fire Chief said over the radio that he is alive and "doing well." Commended all those involved in search. Man to be evaluated by EMS.
Update 9:30a.m.- The search has resumed. Large public safety response. Rescuers are searching each off-road trail carefully. Forest Rangers are searching some camps right now. Tracking dogs to arrive shortly...
Public Safety officials say the search will resume Monday (8 a.m.) for a man who went missing during an off road motorcycle event in Alma. 911 was alerted about 4:21 p.m. Sunday that the motorcyclist had been missing for about two hours. The man does have a medical history. Alma and Allentown fire, Wellsville EMS & Rescue were called to stage on White Hill #2 in Alma. Soon after, ATV's were requested from Bolivar, Scio and Wellsville. State police and a Forest Ranger were also called in. A medical helicopter was called to the area and the Cuba Police Department K-9 also responded to the scene. The Allegany County Search & Rescue team also responded. Emergency officials methodically searched the area until nearly midnight before suspending operations. The search will resume this morning.
