Portville man in jail, facing felony and other counts

A Portville man is facing felony and other counts following his arrest by Coudersport police. Borough officers charged Rickey L. Sherman, 27, with felony fleeing police, DUI, DUI with a  BAC above .16%, reckless endangerment, speeding, reckless driving and resisting arrest. Arraigned in District Court Sunday morning by Judge Annette Easton, Sherman was remanded to the Potter County Jail on $25,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 14.
