Wyoming County: More arrests made in "Operation Spring Sweep"

Members of the Wyoming County Drug Task Force have arrested four more individuals for alleged drug sales in Wyoming County and a fifth is in custody in the State of Florida as “Operation Spring Sweep” comes to an end.
On June 2, members arrested Mitchell CHAPMAN, age 21, of S. Main St. in Castile and he was charged with 2 counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 4th degree and 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 4th degree. CHAPMAN allegedly sold Hydrocodone to undercover officers in the Villages of Castile and Warsaw. CHAPMAN is free after posting $25,000 bail.
On June 9, members arrested Amanda HOOVER, age 36, of Shari Lane in Delevan and she was charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 4th and 5th degrees, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 4th and 5th degrees. HOOVER allegedly sold Hydrocodone and Diazepam to undercover agents in the Village and Town of Arcade. She was released after posting $1500 bail.
On June 12, members arrested Bradley BROADBENT, age 36, of Batavia and he was charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree after he allegedly sold Heroin to an undercover agent in the Village of Perry. BROADBENT is currently being held in the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of a $100,000 cash bail.
On June 16, members arrested Michelle WESTFALL, age 44, of Route 39, Yorkshire, NY and she was charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 4th degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th degree. WESTFALL allegedly sold Hydrocodone to an undercover agent in the Village of Arcade. She was released after posting $5,000 bail.
Another suspect has been located in the State of Florida and extradition proceedings are under way to bring this subject back to Wyoming County. This individual is wanted on a Superior Court Warrant of Arrest for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree. No other information can be released at this time as this is part of a “sealed indictment”.
