Cuba man pleads guilty in drug case

Rudy J. Tyler, 20, of Cuba, entered a guilty plea to a charge of conspiracy to possess with the intent to deliver a controlled substance. According to the Bradford Era, on April 15, Tyler agreed with Danyelle Chiarili to deliver 41 suboxones, McKean County District Attorney Stephanie Shaffer said. According to Tyler’s attorney, Jay Carr, Tyler drove Chiarili — his girlfriend at the time — to the site of the delivery to make sure she didn’t get hurt. He will be sentenced on Aug. 18.
