Troopers: Arrest count now at 4 from Fillmore-area burglary

Earlier this week, state police arrested two men after a burglary investigation was launched July 5th in the town of Hume, Allegany County. Police charged Christopher Frazier, 31 of Fillmore with felony burglary. He was jailed on $20,000 cash bail. Troopers also arrested Jeffrey Nendza, 33 of Fillmore, charging him with felony criminal possession of stolen property valued at more than $1,000. He was jailed on $7,500 bail. Today, state police say the arrest list is growing.
Troopers have now charged Mandie Palermo, 20, of Pike with felony burglary. She was held on cash bail. Trooper also arrested Joseph Palma, 29, of Fillmore. He was charged with felony grand larceny and misdemeanor criminal trespass. He was also held on cash bail.
