Whitesville man charged by Pennsylvania Troopers

Pennsylvania State Police on Monday filed a criminal complaint against Joshua Fry, 37, of Whitesville. He was charged with DUI-General Impairment, DUI-High Rate of Alcohol, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility, careless driving, no seatbelt and disregarding traffic lane. According to a press release, troopers stopped Fry at 12:53 a.m. on July 2 on state route 49 in Harrison Township, Potter County. Magisterial District Judge Delores Weiss has scheduled a preliminary hearing for August 31at 9:30 a.m.
