On the morning of July 6, 2016, Mitchell’s body was found in a remote section of LaGrange Park, 455 LaGrange Boulevard, Rochester, N.Y. His body had been set on fire. Mitchell, 37, who was 6’ 9” tall, was known to frequent the Monroe Avenue area in Rochester, N.Y. He was last seen alive at approximately 5:30 p.m. on July 5, 2016, walking eastbound past O’Callaghan’s Irish Pub on Monroe Avenue. He was wearing jeans, a brown hoodie, and a Pittsburgh Steelers backpack.
