Body of missing Potter County woman found

Galeton police have confirmed they found the body of Shirley Frederick. The elderly woman went missing July 18th and ongoing searches have been underway since then. Police Chief Christopher Brackman declined to say where the woman's body was found or the suspected cause of death. He said, "extensive details are not being released at this time, because the investigation is still on going."
