Hornell man faces 11 counts after traffic complaint

After investigating a traffic complaint, state police Friday arrested Andrew R. Matt, 31, of Hornell with four counts of reckless endangerment 2nd, reckless endangerment-property, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and single counts of disorderly conduct, harassment 2nd-following person, reckless driving and driving to the left of pavement markings. Troopers said the eleven counts were filed after a traffic complaint filed July 24, 2016 in the town of Hornellsville.  Matt was processed and released on appearance tickets for court.
