PSP: No charges in case of burned infant

On July 12, 2016, Pennsylvania State Police opened a child endangerment case after a 25-day old infant received serious burns. The incident happened in Sharon Township. According to a press release from Trooper Joel Miles, "after a thorough investigation it was determined that the burns the child received were due to an accident. There will be no charges filed in this case and this case is conserved closed.
