State Police Blotter - Coudersport

8/18/16 10:30pm- State police arrested David Bracken-Fitzgerald Eshbaugh, 43, of Mayport, PA. He was charged with simple assault and harassment. Troopers allege that the man struck a woman while at the Allegheny Campgrounds in Roulette. He was released on $2,500 unsecured bail.
8/6-16/16- State police are investigating a theft that occurred at 227 McCutcheon Road in Harrison Township. Elwin VanEtten, 81, told police someone stole a 1986 red Honda ATV.
8/10/16 4pm- State police arrested a 17-year-old girl from Mt. Jewett charging her with harassment following an incident on Sartwell Creek Road in Pleasant Valley Township. Troopers allege the teenager struck a 45-year-old Smethport man several times with a metal kitchen spoon, causing minor injury.
8/6/16- State police investigated an act of criminal mischief at the Sacred Heart Church on Main Street in Genesee. Troopers said vandals smashed and destroyed two wooden flower boxes.
8/3/16 3:30pm- State police are investigating a case of animal cruelty at 696 Route 6 in Coudersport. Police said "an unknown number of actors went on to the victims property and killed an alpaca by unknown means and let a pig out of its pen which was subsequently hit by a car on Route 6." Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP at 814-274-8690.
8/7/16 10:45pm- State police cited Joshua Walker, 18, of Ulysses with criminal trespass. The incident occurred on Pleasant Street in Ulysses.
8/20/16 2:05am- State police investigated a one vehicle crash on Kinney Road in Genesee Township. Michelle Cadwell, 21, of Coudersport told troopers she swerved to miss a deer, lost control and struck a concrete culvert. Troopers said she then fled the scene and never reported the crash. Cadwell sustained moderate injuries and was treated at Olean General. She was charged with seven summary traffic violations.
