Angelica man accused of sending 'naughty' pictures

An Angelica man is facing both felony and misdemeanor charges for allegedly sending a 'naughty' picture. State police on Thursday charged Jason J. Burrows, 40, of Angelica with felony possessing obscene material: providing same to a minor and misdemeanor obscenity 3rd. State Police Investigators told RNN today that Burrows is accused of transmitting obscene photographs "of a past acquaintance" to several people "via cell phone." Investigators said one of the recipients was under the age of 16.  Burrows will appear in Angelica Town Court at a later date to answer the charges. The alleged crime happened in Angelica September 16th.
