Castile man faces drug charges

A suspicious vehicle complaint on September 3rd led to felony drug sale charges against Zackery A. Conklin, 29 of Castile.  Wyoming County Deputies said Conklin was found asleep inside his vehicle behind a gas station in the Town of Warsaw.  Through investigation of the circumstances, it was determined that Conklin had just allegedly sold a schedule III narcotic drug, Suboxone, to another person at the same location.  Conklin was arrested, and his vehicle was impounded.  Conklin was charged with two class B felony charges of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree.  Conklin was arraigned in the Town of Warsaw Court where he was committed to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $15,000.00 cash bail or $30,000.00 bond.  Conklin was scheduled to return to the Town of Warsaw Court on October 10, 2016 for further proceedings.
