Fillmore woman arrested by Wyoming County deputies

Angela Frink, 50 of Fillmore, was arrested September 10th following a traffic stop on North Main Street in the Village of Warsaw. Frink was stopped for Failure to Keep Right after she was allegedly observed weaving across the center line of the road. Deputies said Frink failed road side sobriety tests and was transported to the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office. A breath sample showed her BAC to be above 0.08% Frink was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving With Blood Alcohol Content Above 0.08%, and Failure to Keep Right. Frink was issued appearance tickets for the Village of Warsaw Court. Warsaw Police assisted at the scene.
