Livingston County Sheriff's Blotter

The following persons were arrested as a result of investigation by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office:

Raymond F. LeMay, 55, Hemlock, NY, was arrested September 2, charged with Burglary 2nd Degree, Petit Larceny and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.  Following arraignment in Livonia Town Court, LeMay was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $3,500 cash bail/$7,000 property bond.  LeMay will return to Livonia Town Court to answer charges on a later date.

Stephanie A. DiSalvo, 40, Nunda, NY, was arrested September 2, charged with Unlawfully Growing Cannabis.  On September 4, DiSalvo was additionally charged with Driving While Ability Impaired-Drugs and Alcohol, Uninspected Motor Vehicle and No/Inadequate Muffler.  Following arraignment in Geneseo Town Court, DiSalvo was remanded to the Livingston County Jail on $250 cash bail/$500 property bond.  DiSalvo will answer charges in Nunda Village Court and Geneseo Town Court.

Megan A. Hunt, 18, Dansville, NY, was cited for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana on September 6, and was released on an appearance ticket to respond to charges in North Dansville Town Court on a later date.

Antonio M. Padron-Rodriguez, 29, Mt. Morris, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree on September 1.  Pedron-Rodriguez will answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Jeffrey P. Sullivan, 29, Perry, NY, was charged September 3, with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.  Following arraignment in Geneseo Town Court, Sullivan was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $250 cash bail/$500 property bond.  Sullivan will return to Geneseo Town Court to address charges on a later date.

Timothy R. King, 25, Rochester, NY, was arrested September 4, charged with two counts of Harassment 2nd Degree, five counts of Reckless Endangerment 2nd Degree, four counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and one count each of Criminal Mischief 4th Degree, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing.  Following arraignment in York Town Court, King was remanded to the Livingston County Jail on $5,000 cash bail.  King will return to York Town Court to satisfy charges on a later date.

Christopher Thompson, 24, Geneseo, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .18% or Greater, Moving From Lane Unsafely, Failure To Keep Right and Speeding on September 5.  Thompson will respond to charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.
