Meth bust in Wyoming County

Sheriff Gregory Rudolph reports the arrests of three individuals following a joint investigation by members of the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office, New York State Police, and New York State Division of Parole.
Early on Tuesday morning uniformed officers assisted Parole Officers with a “routine check” at the home of Alan Hartman, age 50, of Cooley Road in the Town of Eagle. During this check officers allegedly discovered several pre cursors which are used in the manufacturing of Methamphetamine.
Alan Hartman was charged with Unlawful Manufacturing of Methamphetamine in the 3rd degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree and is currently being held without bail in the Wyoming County Jail.  Nichole McMurray, age 27, of Cooley Road was charged with Unlawful Manufacturing of Methamphetamine in the 3rd degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree. She is currently being held in the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail. Tyler McMurray, age 32, of Lone Road, Gowanda, was also charged with Unlawful Manufacturing of Methamphetamine in the 3rd degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree. He is currently being held in the Wyoming County Jail without bail. Additional charges are likely against all three pending lab results of items seized from the residence.
The New York State Police Contamination Crime Scene Emergency Response Team assisted with decontamination at the scene, Bliss Fire, Bliss Ambulance, and Medic 80 were on standby during this incident.
