NY State Police Blotter

9/28/16 3:30pm- State police arrested a 16-year-old Niagara Falls boy following a larcenty complaint in New Hudson May 29, 2016. The boy was charged with petit larceny. Court action is pending.
9/28/16 6:45pm- State police arrested Thomas R. Williams, 62 of Clarksville, twelve hours after a harassment complaint was lodged in Machias. State police charged Williams with felony and misdemeanor criminal contempt, leaving the scene of a property damage crash and other traffic counts. He was held for court action. In a separate case, Williams was also charged with pot possession in Yorkshire.
9/27/16 5:37pm- State police arrested Jason S. Harmon, 33 of Bolivar. He was charged with aggravated harassment.
9/27/16 3:30pm- State police arrested an 11-year-old Belmont boy. He was charged with felony sexual abuse involving a child under the age of 11 as well as forcible touching. The incident happened in the Village of Belmont September 12.
9/27/16 7;20pm- State police arrested Joseph A. Leiseur, 38 of Belfast. He was charged with felony criminal possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.
