Wyoming County Drug Task Force arrests three

Members of the Wyoming County Drug Task announce the arrests of three individuals for alleged drug sales in Wyoming County.

Tracy PHILLIPS, age 55, of Main Street, Warsaw, was charged with 2 counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 5th degree and 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th degree. PHILLIPS is accused of selling Alprazolam on two occasions in the Village of Warsaw. PHILLIPS is currently free on bail.

Nicole FISHER, age 28, of Felton Hill Road, West Valley, NY was charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 4th degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 4th degree. FISHER is accused of selling Suboxone in the Village of Arcade and she is currently free on bail.

Spencer BRESSETTE, age 22, of Oak Ridge Drive, West Seneca, NY was charged with 2 counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 5th degree and 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th degree. BRESSETTE is accused of selling Alprazolam on two occasions in the Town of Bennington and he is currently free on bail.
The Wyoming County Drug Task Force includes members from the Sheriff’s Office as well as the Arcade, Attica, Perry, and Warsaw Police Departments. Suspected illegal drug activity can be reported to the confidential drug tip line at (585)786-8965.
