Deputies: Allentown man cut off tracking monitor

Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on October 18th, 2016 following an investigation, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office with assistance of the Allegany County Probation Department arrested Jonathon K. Dannheim, age 23 of Allentown with the following charge:

- Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree.

The arrest stems from an incident in which Dannheim allegedly intentionally cut off an Electronic Home Monitor Transmitter Unit which is property of the Allegany County Probation Department.  Dannheim, who was already incarcerated on other charges was processed, transported to the Town of Alma Court where he was arraigned and sent back to the Allegany County Jail on $2,500.00 cash bail or $5,000.00 insurance company bond.  Dannheim is to reappear in the Town of Alma court on October 20th, 2016 for additional court action.
